Request a new Non-English Section

If you would like to request a new non-english section please do so in here. The section must have a decent number of players speaking the language before it can be considered, a section that only have small number of player will not be considered. Give information on why it should be created whilst posting and then it'll be discussed by the foreign mod' team to decide if it should become one.
